We believe in celebrating the imperfect beauty of handmade goods. Therefore, slight imperfections such as an irregular weave or print or a stitch aren't viewed as defects.
-We usually ship an order within 2-3 working days(made to order items have a lot of longer lead time). Once the item is shipped we will send the customer an email with the shipping details. After shipping, the item should reach you within 8-10 days. The item can be tracked after 24 hours on the courier company's website using the docket number mentioned in the email.
-Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our address. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts so please ensure that you accept the delivery in the first attempt.
Shipping is free for all orders above INR 6999. A nominal charge of INR 100(for speedpost) or INR 150(DTDC) will be levied on all orders below INR 6999
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED.
-We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual color may vary slightly from what is shown on your monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
-Since our products are created using handwoven/handprinted fabrics, they may carry minor variations. Slight imperfections such as an irregular weave or print or a stitch aren't viewed as defects.
-All of our orders go through a stringent quality check. However, if you still feel that you have received a damaged/defective item kindly send us a mail at email@example.com within 2 days from the date of delivery with the following details:
- Order Number
- Photograph of the damaged item
After verifying the damage we will walk you through the process. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 10 days.
-Before returning the item please make sure that it is unused and the original invoice, packaging, and tags are intact.
-Once we've received the item we will initiate a refund only after the successful completion of all the necessary quality checks.
Refund: It normally takes 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Made to Order
Made to order products are only eligible for returns if the product is damaged during transit.
