Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order but only if the item has not been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major payment modes. You can pay for your purchase using credit/debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, UPI, etc.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
After dispatch, it usually takes 8-10 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your item is shipped we will send you an email/text with the tracking details. You can track your order using the docket number mentioned in the email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. Please read our return policy for more details.
Do you customize/alter products?
No, we do not customize our products or provide alteration services at the moment.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. But for international orders, you'll have to send us a mail at support@seepi.in before we can process your orders.
Is this a marketplace?
No, we follow an inventory based model. The products which are displayed on our website are a part of our inventory. And so we are responsible for maintaining our stock levels, packaging, shipping, returns, security of the warehouse etc. This gives us a better control over the quality of our products.
