Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order but only if the item has not been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

 How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept all major payment modes. You can pay for your purchase using credit/debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, UPI, etc.

We also accept bank deposits. In case of bank deposits your product will be kept on hold for 2 working days. After which if the payment is not made we will cancel your order.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered? 

After dispatch, it usually takes 5-7 days.

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your item is shipped we will send you an email/text with the tracking details. You can track your order using the docket number mentioned in the email.

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, we do. Please read our return policy for more details.

Do you customize/alter products?

No, we do not customize our products or provide alteration services at the moment. 

Do you accept international orders? 

Yes, we do. But for international orders, you'll have to send us a mail at support@seepi.in  before we can process your orders.
