SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Shipping

-We usually ship an order within 2-3 working days. Once the item is shipped we will send the customer an email with the shipping details. After shipping, the item should reach you within 8-10 days. The item can be tracked after 24 hours on the courier company's website using the docket number mentioned in the email.

-Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our address. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts so please ensure that you accept the delivery in the first attempt.

Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1999. A nominal charge of INR 99 will be levied on all orders below INR 1999

Returns

-We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. 

-Since our products are created using handwoven/handprinted fabrics, they may carry minor variations. Slight imperfections such as an irregular weave or print or a stitch aren't viewed as defects. 

-All of our orders go through a stringent quality check. However, if you still feel that you have received a damaged/defective item kindly send us a mail at support@seepi.in  within 2 days from the date of delivery with the following details:

- Order Number

- Photograph of the damaged item

After verifying the damage we will walk you through the process. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 10 days.

-Before returning the item please make sure that it is unused and the original invoice, packaging, and tags are intact.

-We do not offer pick-up and the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once the item is shipped by you please mail us the courier details at support@seepi.in

Exchanges and Refunds

-Once we've received the item we will initiate a refund/exchange only after the successful completion of all the necessary quality checks.  

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is not available you could choose to exchange it with an item of the same or higher value. 

Refund: It normally takes 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
