This toy was handcrafted by the artisans from Channapatna in Karnataka.
Channapatna is home to thousands of artisans and is called the 'toy town of Karnataka'. Channapatna toys are made using soft ivory wood, they are then polished using lacquer. The colors used to make the toys attractive are non-toxic thereby making them completely safe for children.
